We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start returning, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent to us without requesting returns will not be accepted first.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received a wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item that you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and we will inform you if a refund is approved or not. If approved, your money will be automatically returned to the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
